The hotel was fairly clean, the staff were absolutely amazing. We spent 1 night in deluxe queen room with direct plug and 2 single beds and drinks. Also, location was great, just a pleasant stroll away from Nogeyama Zoological Park. Took a walk around city center, located not very far from the property.

I had a great stay at the hotel and was pleased with the location. It was conveniently located near the bars and the waterfront, making it easy to explore the area.
Although I stayed in the smallest room I've ever experienced at a hotel, I found it to be comfortable and cozy. The room had two single beds, perfect for my needs.

I recently stayed at Far East in Yokohama and had a fantastic experience. The location was ideal, as it was close to shopping, food, sights, and the waterfront. I appreciated that everything was within walking distance, and it was also easy to access the train station. The hotel had a good coffee machine in the lobby, which was a nice touch. The Standard Twin Room had a big screen TV, a clean bathroom with a deep bath tub, and conveniently placed power points with USB-A ports near each bed head. The room also had a handy shoe horn near the entrance. the hotel was only a 5-minute walk from Sakuragicho station, and there was a car park directly opposite, making it convenient for those traveling by car.
Nothing to dislike. 😊

I loved everything about this hotel. The staff was always very friendly and attentive, making sure that everything was satisfactory. They provided free snacks and drinks, and the 24/7 tea station was impressive. The room was comfortable and provided all the necessary amenities, including toiletries, a kettle, and a selection of tea and coffee. The location was superb, with easy access to transportation and attractions in the city. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast with plenty of options to choose from.
Nothing that I didn't like.

Located just a short walk from the train station, this hotel offers impressive facilities. The rooms have comfortable beds and come with toiletries and a tea kettle. You can access a 24/7 tea and cold drink station, and there are lounges with free drinks and snacks on the top floors. Breakfast is delicious with enough selections of food items. The staff is helpful and friendly and even provides complimentary snacks in the charming lobby.
Despite its impressive facilities, the train noise passing by can be heard marginally.

The hotel is conveniently located a short walk from the train station, which allowed for easy exploration of the surrounding area. The room was well-appointed with a comfortable bed, a beautiful view, and complimentary toiletries, tea, and coffee. The hotel was thoughtfully stocked with refreshments, and the lounges on the top floors were perfect for relaxing with free snacks and drinks.
Some rooms may experience noise from passing trains, which could be disruptive to light sleepers. the hotel did not offer a wide range of breakfast options, which could be inconvenient for guests seeking specific dietary needs.

The hotel's location was convenient, close to the train station and other attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, had all the necessary amenities, including a kettle, tea and coffee, and bath toiletries. The view from the room was a plus, and I could see the waterfront. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing me with useful information about the area.
My stay was not entirely pleasant due to the noise from the trains passing by. It was nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep, even with earplugs.
